How do I get there as a spectator/athlete?
By Plane:
* XNA (Northwest Arkansas National Airport) which is only a 30 minute drive to Downtown Bentonville.
* Tulsa International Airport which is approximately a 2 hour drive to Downtown Bentonville.

Parking for Festival Goers
There is NO parking at our festival venue and suggest several options:
* Shuttles: The official pickup spot will be communicated very soon!
* Public parking spaces and then ride your bikes to the festival grounds. The nearest (limited) public parking spaces are situated along SW 8th Street, where you can park and access the Applegate Trail at 8th, then ride or walk to the festival grounds.
* Public parking spaces downtown: ride your bike on NW 3rd Street and then take a left on the greenway towards the festival grounds.
* Please do not park in any of the neighborhoods!

Parking For All Exhibitors and Sponsors
Make sure to hang your parking tag on your rear view mirror, or show your VIP/Exhibitor Badge to the security personnel. You will be granted access but anyone can be directed to the official parking in case the exhibitor or sponsor parking is full!

Thanks to our sponsors, we are able to offer every visitor free access to our festival site! Yet, for safety reasons and attendnace tracking, you will need to register for General Admission and show your QR code at any of the entrances.
Please register at home using your WIFI and download your QR code beforehand. The network at our venue may tend to be slower than usual with the influx of people.
Registration for Races, Rides and Workshops
All registrations, packet pickup and information booths will be located near the main entrance. Follow signs at the venue or find the instructions in your registration confirmation email.

Bike Parking:
There will be FREE bike valet parking available inside the Bentonville Bike Fest event site.
Roll in from the Razorback Greenway to the Applgate Trail on SW 8th Street, or from the South end of Coler Mountain Bike Preserve; these routes will lead you straight to our event field.
Camping:
